What were you doing in 1963? We were selling auto parts.
In 1963, when the late H.E. Pettigrew, Sr. started Big "D" Auto Parts he made two principles the key elements of his family business: personal service and the best quality product available. Big "D" Auto Parts grew into a leading automotive recycler of replacement parts for late model, domestic and foreign, cars and light trucks.
In 1988, Big "D" Auto Parts began to work with extended warranty companies, and that has become a major portion of its business. Big "D" Auto Parts is still an auto recycler and not just a parts broker.
Today, Big "D" Auto Parts solid business is still based on the idea that the only difference between one part and another is the person selling it and the service they offer their customer - QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE is our Prime Concern.
